Can my kinky crown hair be styled with heat?
- Yes, our hair is 100% human hair and may be styled with heat. Use heat protectant to extend the longevity of your hair.
Is your hair 100% Virgin human hair?
Can i color or bleach My Kinky Crown Hair?
- Yes, you may color and bleach our hair, but we strongly recommend having a professional stylist color and bleach the hair to avoid damage.
How do I care for my hair extensions/wigs?
- To properly care for your extensions you should shampoo and condition regularly with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo. Use a moisturizing conditioner to add moisture. Use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleep in a satin cap: you can purchase our satin lined bonnet to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.
How full are the bundles?
- All of our bundles are measured by weight and should-be approximately 3.5 oz. Please note, as an industry standard, the longer the hair is, the shorter the weft will be and the shorter the hair is, the longer the weft will be since bundles are measured by weight. This is true for all virgin hair retailers.

Where are you located?
MKCH products are exclusively sold at www.mykinkycrownhair.com, however, we periodically host pop-up shops throughout the year at various natural hair tradeshows, expos and events. Make sure you’re following us on Instagram @mykinkycrownhair to find out where we’re going next!
How long will it take to receive my order?
- We ship worldwide utilizing USPS Priority Mail and DHL. Your order will be shipped 3-15 business days after your purchase. Tracking and Proof of Shipment will be emailed once your order has shipped.My kinky crown hair is not responsible for lost or stolen items and All Sales are Final.
- Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs fees or duties. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees to receive your package. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver and we will not issue refunds for customs or duty tax charges.
- Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery and unplanned delays as we are not responsible for delays or late deliveries once the Post Office has accepted the shipment.

Do i need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
- PayPal allows you to check out as a guest, if you do not wish to sign up for a PayPal account.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is our #1 goal and we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. We do not offer refunds on our products, but would gladly offer you an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt of your order. All exchanges must be unused and accompanied by the original unopened packaging of MKC hair due to health and sanitary reasons. Please remember you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange.

We cannot do returns or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.
- For the wig products, you will need to pay $20 for the restocking fee to exchange.
- For other hair products, you will need to pay $10 for the restocking fee to exchange.
How do i cancel my order?
Send an email to email@example.com to cancel orders up to 12 hours after your order has been placed. All order cancellation requests submitted after this time will not be granted.
How can I track my order?
- After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed. When your fabulous hair/product is shipped out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (The email may go into your spam box, please check it carefully). If you have any additional questions, please contact our customer service team.
